Fan Appreciation Weekends

Neutral Zone Studios is pleased to announce the return of Philo Barnhart and Charles D. Moisant to our next Fan Appreciation Weekend February 12-13, 2022!

Philo is professional film animator known for his work on feature-length films: The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, The Rescuers Down Under, The Secret of NIMH, An American Tail, and special effects for Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Philo worked many animated TV shows and video games including The Smurfs, Scooby Doo, Jem and the Holograms, Space Ace, Dragons Lair, and many more. Growing up watching the magic of art become animation, he spends his life continuing the tradition of making stories come to life through art.

Charles runs Silver Phoenix comics, an independent comic book company that primarily produces standalone, or one-shot, books that tell the entire story in a single issue. Charles is an artist, writer and publisher, but has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including creators from Marvel. While his focus is primarily on horror and fantasy, Charles also has done educational comics about the history of Oak Park and is currently working on a series that promotes healthy life choices.

Come to the Studio and see Philo’s and Charles’ artwork up close and personal and maybe score a picture or 2!
